1. Holding COE Class 2
2. Have experience as 2/E on Offshore vessel before
3. Have to complete STCW Certificate
4. Hve H2S and Breathing Certificate
5. Able to Speak and Write in English
6. Period of contract 3 month
7. Salary offer USD $4500
7. Operation location at North Field Ras Gas, Qatar
